1. Who we are

Sell Data to AI is operated by Alpha Quantum d.o.o. ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

Sell Data to AI offers paid data services for data brokers and data companies: the Data Asset Score, company lists and an API, sold as monthly subscriptions shown on our pricing page. It also publishes free guides about AI data deals and free tools (the Data Asset Score demo, the company check and the eligibility checker).

We are not a buyer, a broker, a marketplace or a representative of any buyer. We are not a partner, agent or official channel of micro1, Mode, Grepped or any other company named on the site. We never receive, store, view, transfer or process any company's internal data, and we do not negotiate or sign anything on anyone's behalf.

2a. Subscriptions, scores and lists: your licence

• Plans. Plans are monthly subscriptions paid by PayPal or card, with the lookup quotas and features shown on the pricing page. There is no free plan and no trial. Your API key is shown in your dashboard after payment and is for your account only. Payments are not refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the paid month.
• Internal business use only. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Data Asset Scores, company lists and API results for your own internal business purposes while your subscription is active.
• What counts as internal use. Researching, ranking, qualifying and contacting companies for your own business, and introducing a company to a data buyer, are internal use. You may show a company its own score.
• No resale without written permission. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share or otherwise make available lists, scores or API results, in whole or in substantial part, to any third party. You may not use them to build or feed a competing database, list or service. Each of these needs our prior written permission.
• What a score is. Scores and lists are estimates from public signals at company level. They are not valuations, offers, or statements that a company wants to sell or license data. They contain no contact details of people.
• Your outreach is your responsibility. When you contact companies, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including rules on marketing messages and data protection.
• Breach. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, including resale or sharing without permission, or for use that burdens or harms the service.

3. No advice

Everything on the site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it does not create any advisory or client relationship. Laws differ by country and state, and your contracts with clients and staff are your own. Decisions about whether and how to license data are yours, made with your own advisers.

4. No guarantees

• We do not promise that any buyer will make an offer, accept your company or pay any amount.
• Payout ranges, eligibility rules and referral amounts are quoted as each company published them, with the date we checked. Companies change their terms. The buyer's current terms always prevail over anything on this site.
• Timelines on the site are reported practice, not a promise of speed.
• The eligibility checker and the company check apply published rules to the answers you give or to a company's public pages. Their results are indications, not decisions by any buyer.

5. Referral relationships

Some links on this site are referral links. If your company signs with a buyer through them, the buyer may pay us a fee. You are not charged for this. We do not share referral fees with companies or offer rebates. Details per program are on our disclosure page.

6. Third-party sites

Links to buyer programs, news sources and other websites take you to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, offers, terms, privacy practices or conduct. Any agreement you make with a buyer is between you and that buyer, under its terms.

7. Accuracy and changes

We work to keep the content accurate and dated, but it may contain errors or become out of date. We may change, add or remove content at any time without notice. If you spot an error, email [email protected].

8. Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to Alpha Quantum d.o.o. You may quote short passages with a link to the source page. Company names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement by them or of them.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, or copy it in bulk in a way that burdens our servers. Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alpha Quantum d.o.o. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from decisions made on the basis of its content, or from dealings with third parties reached through its links. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The courts of Ljubljana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. See also our privacy policy.
